Our Pastor

Pastor Steven Carter was raised in a Christian home and trusted Christ as his Saviour at an early age during a Sunday morning service in children’s church. He grew up in Central Florida and graduated from high school and college at Landmark Baptist Church and Schools where his father pastored. He surrendered to preach and then to pastor while in his early twenties. Pastor Steven and his wife Paula have been married since 1995 and have been blessed with four children.

While serving in ministry, Pastor Steven pastored Grace Baptist Church in Eatonton, Georgia. He then co-pastored with his father at Landmark Baptist Church in Haines City, Florida. In June of 2014, the Carters moved to Calhoun County, West Virginia, where Pastor Steven serves as the pastor of Victory Baptist Church.
